About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Internship Opportunity at Verdad Legal, New Delhi for the year 2026. This is a physical internship, requiring a physical presence at the office/courts. The selected candidates will work closely with the firm’s team across a variety of matters, gaining meaningful exposure to both litigation, arbitration and advisory work.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Proactive, disciplined, and committed to delivering quality work
(vi) Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Supporting the team during court-related work or office visits when called upon
(iii) Attending in-person discussions, internal strategy meetings, and client-related work (as required)
(iv) Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and case briefs
(v) Assisting in case preparation, including compilation of briefs and supporting documents
(vi) Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including notices, pleadings, briefs, and agreements
(vii) Conducting in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and recent developments
