About the Internship :
Vouchagram India Private Limited is hiring Corporate Law Interns. The internship offers an opportunity for law students to gain exposure to corporate law matters, contracts, compliance, and legal research within a corporate environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Genuine interest in litigation practice.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct legal research.
(ii) Prepare case briefs.
(iii) Assist the Legal team with document formatting and quality checks.
(iv) Strong interest in corporate law, contracts, compliance, and legal research.
(v) Proofread legal and corporate documents.
(vi) Review content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Duration : Minimum 2 Months.
