About the Internship :
Workie Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for a Legal Intern for a 3-month internship. The opportunity is intended for law students seeking practical exposure to legal work and professional processes in a professional environment.
Eligibility :
• Only Law students can apply (no prior experience required)
• Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
• Good research, drafting, and communication skills will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Handling company law compliances under the Companies Act, 2013
• ROC filings, incorporations, and ongoing compliance management
• Assisting in GST and income tax related matters
• Legal drafting, documentation, and research
• Trademark related matter
Duration : 3 months
