About the Internship :
Zaidi & Co. is inviting applications for legal internships at its Delhi office during the months of November and December 2026. The internship will provide exposure to electricity regulatory, commercial and constitutional litigation, with interns assisting in drafting, legal research and Court appearances.
Eligibility :
• Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year (for three-year LLB courses) and 3rd/4th/5th year (for five-year LLB Courses).
• Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
• Good research, drafting, and communication skills will be an advantage.
• Have an interest in court-based legal work
Responsibilities:
• Conducting in-depth legal research on various topics
• Drafting legal articles, petitions and applications
• Analysing court judgments and legal developments
• Improving legal writing and editing skills
• The primary fields of work include civil and commercial litigation before the Supreme Court, Delhi HC, NCDRC, DRT and district courts and arbitration proceedings.
