About the Internship :
A Legal Internship opportunity is available for law students and recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate and compliance-related work. This internship offers practical exposure and mentorship from experienced professionals.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
(iii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iv) Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
(v) Law students interested in litigation and corporate law
(vi) Interest in corporate and compliance work
Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
(iv) Direct exposure to civil and criminal litigation practice
(v) Exposure to areas like Intellectual Property, Banking & Finance (SARFAESI, insolvency), and Cyber Law
(vi) Practical insights into corporate advisory and transaction structuring
(vii) Hands-on drafting and legal research work
Duration : Minimum 3 – 6 Months
