About the Internship :
Applications are invited for the position of Junior Advocate / Legal Intern with Adv. M. S. Deshmane & Associates, suitable for both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Candidates who are detail-oriented and eager to learn
(iii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iv) Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
(v) 1–2 years of experience preferred (freshers can apply)
Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
(iv) Assist in legal research and analysis
(v) Work closely with the team on ongoing matters across practice areas
(vi) Candidates interested in working on diverse and high-quality legal matters
Duration : Minimum 2 months
