About the Internship :
Adv Neeraj Dubey is hiring position of Legal Intern. The role is suitable for young lawyers seeking practical exposure in litigation, court proceedings, drafting, legal research, and client-related work.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Strong command over legal drafting and English
(iv) Strong written and verbal communication skills
(v) Foundational knowledge in RERA, APF, sale deeds, and other real estate- specific legal aspects
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Assist in document review and case preparation
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Conduct legal research and case law analysis
(vi) Draft legal notices, petitions, and applications
Duration : 2 months
