About the Internship :
Adv Paras Mohan Sharma is currently accepting applications for internship positions at my practice for the month of May(2026). This opportunity is ideal for law students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in litigation and deepen their understanding of legal practice beyond textbooks.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Interest in fintech, compliance, and recovery processes
(iii) Strong drafting and documentation skills
(iv) Excellent written and verbal communication
(v) Strong interest in civil procedure, commercial law.
(vi) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
Duration : Minimum 1 months
