About the Internship :
Applications are invited for a long-term, in-office legal internship for the months of June 2026 with Adv Shivansh A. They handle a diverse range of litigation before the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts of Delhi and Lucknow, Delhi District Courts, and various tribunals including the NCDRC, CAT, and PMLAAT.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Strong drafting and documentation skills
(iv) Excellent written and verbal communication
(v) Strong interest in civil procedure, commercial law.
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
