About the Internship :
Adv Shlok Chandra is offering one-month internship opportunities for law students interested in direct and indirect tax matters. The internship will involve exposure to taxation law practice through research, drafting, and observation of case proceedings.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Genuinely interested in taxation laws
(iv) Prior experience in banking / financial advisory matters will be preferred
(v) Individuals comfortable with direct client consultation and counselling
Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting borrowers in loan settlement and restructuring matters
(ii) Drafting legal notices, replies and regulatory representations
(iii) Supporting SARFAESI-related documentation and compliance review
(iv) Preparing complaints before RBI / Banking Ombudsman
(v) Legal research on RBI circulars and banking compliance frameworks
(vi) Draft legal notices, petitions, and applications
Duration : July 2026 to December 2026
