Job description

As per the Companies Act, every company with a paid-up capital of Rs. 50Mn is required to appoint a full time Company Secretary whose primary statutory responsibilities, amongst other, reporting to the board of directors about compliance with provision of the act, the rules made thereunder and other laws applicable to the company, convene and conduct board and general meetings, to sign the financial statements of the Company, sign and certify various forms and documents submitted with Registrar of Companies/Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
