About the Job :
India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd. is inviting applications for the job posts of Legal officer and Area Legal Manager Professional at Raipur.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Experience in banking/NBFC sector preferred.
(iii) Experience: 0–2 Years for Legal Officer and Experience: 5–7 Years for ALM Professional.
(iv) Knowledge of SARFAESI Act and related legal recovery processes.
(v) Ability to work closely with Collections and Recovery teams.
(vi) Experience in execution of warrants,
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in drafting legal notices, legal agreements, settlement drafts, and other legal communications
(ii) Conducting legal research relating to banking laws, financial regulations, and recovery mechanisms
(iii) Supporting arbitration proceedings and related documentation
(iv) Assisting in matters under Section 138 of the NI Act and Section 25 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act
(v) Assisting in handling loan settlement matters involving secured and unsecured loan facilities
(vi) Supporting negotiations with creditors, banks, NBFCs, and authorized representatives
(vii) Communicating with clients under supervision and assisting in client interactions
