About the Job :
Stellar Advisors has opened up applications for the positions of two associate to work with their corporate team.The role will involve corporate and commercial advisory, transactional mandates, contract drafting and cross-border work across sectors including technology, manufacturing, consulting and emerging tech.
Eligibility :
(i) Strong experience in Intellectual Property Law
(ii) Experienced Legal professional with experience in filling patent for software in india
(iii) Prior patent filing/prosecution experience in India
(iv) Understanding of technology-driven businesses
(v) Experience with patents/corporate law is preferred
Responsibility :
(i) Lead patent filing, prosecution, and IP strategy
(ii) Manage and protect company IP assets
(iii) Handle corporate and commercial legal matters
(iv) Draft, review, and negotiate agreements
(v) Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
