About the Job :
MNG Law Office is inviting applications for the Job Post of Legal Associate(s). Looking for 3 Legal Associate(s) for our office situated in Pitam Pura, Delhi. Role Description The candidate will be responsible for drafting, court appearances, research, e-filing.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1.5 years.
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) The candidate must be well versed in English Language (both spoken and written), drafting, research.
(vi) Must have experience of appearance before the District Courts.
Responsibility :
(i) Legal research and drafting
(ii) Court appearances and briefing
(iii) Assisting in General Corporate Investment Funds & arbitration
(iv) Supporting corporate advisory and compliance work
(v) Client coordination and case management
(vi) Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
