About the Job :
HN Legal, Advocates, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation & Dispute Resolution Associate to join their growing practice in Mumbai.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) LL.B. with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
(iv) Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, written submissions, and other court / arbitration-related documents
(iv) Assist with case preparation, client coordination, and court/arbitration appearances
(v) Support partners and senior associates on ongoing litigation and dispute resolution matters
