About the Job :
Meet Bros Studio is inviting applications for the position of Freelance Legal Consultant in the entertainment industry. The role involves supporting legal functions related to contracts, rights management, and compliance across creative and production projects.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Experience in the Entertainment, Media, Music, or Film industry
(iii) Strong drafting and analytical skills
(iv) Strong knowledge of contracts, intellectual property rights, and artist agreements
(v) Experience handling talent, brand collaborations, and production agreements
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Exposure to diverse litigation matters
(iii) Legal research and case preparation
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Court appearances and handling matters independently
(vi) Drafting of pleadings, legal documents, and agreements
