About the Job :
My Legal Partners (MLP) has opened up applications for the position of associate for legal contracts in their office!
Eligibility :
(i) Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, and enrollment with the Bar Council of India (BCI) is a requirement.
(ii) A strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, review, redlining, risk assessment, legal compliance and legal research with 1 year of experience.
(iii) Prefer candidates with prior work experience with law firms or litigation in court
Responsibility :
(i) Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
(iii) Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
(iv) Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
(v) Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, service agreements, and other business contracts.
(vi) Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
