About the Job :
Applications are invited for the position of Junior Advocate at the Office of Advocate Himanshu Chauhan for active litigation practice before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, District Courts, and various Tribunals.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Prior court appearance experience will be an added advantage
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
Responsibility :
(i) Legal research and drafting
(ii) Court appearances and briefing
(iii) Assisting in arbitration and IPR matters
(iv) Supporting corporate advisory and compliance work
(v) Client coordination and case management
(vi) Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
