About the Job :
Chambers of Jangra & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate – Title Due Diligence at its Delhi Office.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Hands-on experience in corporate legal functions
(iv) 1 Year of relevant experience in Property Title Due Diligence, Title Search Reports (TSR), Property Document Verification, Review of Revenue and Registration Records, Legal Research and Report Drafting
(v) Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(vi) Strong understanding of property laws and land records.
(vii) Ability to independently review title documents and prepare due diligence reports.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct title verification and property due diligence.
(ii) Examine title deeds, revenue records, encumbrance certificates, and statutory approvals.
(iii) Identify legal risks, defects in title, and compliance issues.
(iv) Prepare detailed Title Search Reports and Due Diligence Reports.
(v) Coordinate with government authorities and clients for document verification.
