About the Job :
CMS INDUSLAW is looking for an associate with 3–5 years PQE who brings experience in international arbitration, investigations and sanctions (US, EU, UK).
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) 3–5 years PQE who brings experience in international arbitration and white collar.
(iv) Experience in legal consulting and document preparation.
(v) Interest in litigation and dispute resolution
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Litigation and Advisory Work before various courts, tribunals, commissions, and other forums across India
