About the Job :
Eternity Paralegal Services is hiring Legal Associates for assisting US-based law firms. A total of 05 positions are available for fresh law graduates looking to begin their legal careers.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of CPC, Arbitration, and Contract law.
(ii) Strong research and analytical skills
(iii) Strong analytical and legal research skills
(iv) Excellent command over English
(v) 0 to 1 year of Experience
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
