About the Job :

IFFCO Tokio General Insurance is hiring in its TP Claims (Legal) department.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Ability to conduct market surveys, field investigations, and gather evidence
(iii) Strong drafting and communication skills
(iv) 3–5 years of relevant experience in legal/claims handling
(v) Experience in general corporate / commercial law (law firm or in-house)
(vi) Exposure to data protection/privacy and labour & employment laws preferred
Responsibility :
(i) Provide end-to-end legal support on corporate and commercial matters
(ii) Handle Motor Accident Claim Petitions before MACT Courts, ECC, and High Courts across India
(iii) Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues
(iv) Participate in Lok Adalat, conciliation, and mediation processes for settlement of claims
(v) Handle labour and employment-related legal matters
(vi) Coordinate with stakeholders on ongoing mandates
