About the Job :
IIFL Home Loans is looking for dynamic and talented Legal Officers to join our team in Warangal and Visakhapatnam.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) 1–2 years of experience in legal operations related to Affordable Housing Finance/Home Loans preferred.
(iii) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
(iv) Sound knowledge of property verification, title scrutiny, legal documentation, and mortgage-related processes.
(v)Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team.
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
(ii) Support the legal team in preparing for court hearings and client meetings.
(iii) Maintain and organise legal files and documents.
(iv) Communicate effectively with clients and external parties.
(v) Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the legal team.
