About the Job :
Law Intellect (Noida) is looking for a passionate and skilled Associate Advocate to join their team.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) 3–5 years of relevant experience
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Sound knowledge of court litigation
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
