About the Job :
Naks Legal is looking to onboard two dedicated and meticulous Legal Associates to its growing team of professionals with 1 – 3 years of experience in litigation and drafting all civil and criminal pleadings, corporate advisory, commercial litigation, and contract and agreement vetting.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B. from a recognised university
(ii) Minimum two years of experience.
(iii) A recognised law degree and eligibility to practise law in India.
(iv) Familiarity with court practices, filing procedures and the functioning of the Supreme Court, High Courts and tribunals.
(v) Clear, precise and structured legal drafting skills.
(vi) Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
(vii) High professional integrity, attention to detail, strong time management and the ability to work under strict deadlines
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
