Renata Partners is a boutique law firm specializing in Maritime and Commercial litigation, offering transactional, advisory, dispute resolution, and consultancy services. Renata Partners is inviting applications for the Junior Associate & Associate positions.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of CPC, Arbitration, and Contract law.
(ii) Strong research and analytical skills
(iii) Prior experience in Shipping law is a prerequisite.
(iv) Excellent command over English
(v) 0 to 1 year of Experience
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
