About the Job :
The Legal Code, Advocates & Solicitors is a full-service law firm based in Kalkaji, New Delhi, offering legal services across civil and criminal litigation, banking and finance, family disputes, corporate law, arbitration, IPR, and real estate. The Legal Code is hiring Associate Advocate.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Advocates with atleast 1 or 2 years of experience or fresh law graduate can also apply
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Must be proficient in drafting regarding consumer, civil and criminal cases
(vi) Must know the proceedings of Delhi Courts.
Responsibility :
(i) Legal research and drafting
(ii) Court appearances and briefing
(iii) Assisting in arbitration and IPR matters
(iv) Supporting corporate advisory and compliance work
(v) Client coordination and case management
(vi) Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
