About the Job :
The Office of Advocate Kartikeya Rastogi is looking to hire an associate with a PQE of 0-2 years. Practice is a mixture of State representation and private work in civil and criminal law across all forums in Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) PQE of 0-2 years.
(iv) Experience in legal consulting and document preparation.
(v) Ability to independently handle court appearances, procedural compliances and client coordination
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Litigation and Advisory Work before various courts, tribunals, commissions, and other forums across India
