About the Job :
Raghav Chandra is looking to engage a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in my litigation practice before the High Court at Lucknow. This role offers meaningful exposure to ongoing matters and an opportunity to develop practical skills in litigation.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Preferably candidates with prior internship experience in litigation
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Strong understanding of procedural and substantive law
(vi) Good research and drafting skills
(vii) Professional approach and willingness to learn
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
