About the Job :
Lawrence Consultancy has opened up applications for the position of a lawyer/ legal advisor to work with them at their office in Chennai.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidates with any graduation and LLB/BL/ML, with at least 1+ years of work experience OR legal practice.
(ii) Fresher’s with good communication skill in English, Tamil & Hindi can also apply for this position.
(iii) Prefer candidates with prior work experience with law firms or providing general corporate advisory services
(iv) Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, be well organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent contract drafting skills and general knowledge of corporate laws.
Responsibility :
(i) The candidate must be capable of conducting thorough research
(ii) Legal Opinions based on precedents based upon a variety of legal sectors including Cross-border Transaction, FDI/FEMA/RBI Regulations/ Banking regulations, LAND M&A, Taxation and General Employment Law and other general Corporate Advisory.
