About the Job :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with 2–3 years of experience to join our Legal Team. Candidates having a keen interest in contract drafting, intellectual property laws and corporate legal matters are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility :
(i) Experience: 2–3 Years
(ii) Strong analytical and research skills
(iii) Understanding of corporate and regulatory compliance requirements
(iv) Ability to work in a dynamic and technology-driven environment
(v) Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Responsibility :
(i) Manage cases from filing to trial, ensuring timelines are met
(ii) Conduct legal research on case law and statutes
(iii) Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and case progress
(iv) Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and briefs
(v) Handle evidence gathering, witness interviews, and discovery
(vi) Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediation, and arbitration
(vii) Negotiate settlements where appropriate
