About the Job :
Advocate Dharma Raj Offices is hiring a Law Graduate to handle litigation-related legal work based in Jaipur. The role is suitable for candidates interested in litigation and offers an opportunity to work under an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India.
Eligibility :
(i) Experience appearing before District Courts and High Courts.
(ii) 0–3 years of experience.
(iii) Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
(iv) Strong drafting and legal research capabilities
(v) Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
(vi) Strong drafting, legal research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
(vii) Ability to independently manage litigation matters while working collaboratively with the team.
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Independently handle litigation matters from drafting to final arguments.
