Aequitas Law Partners has opened up applications for the positions of associate and senior associate to work with them.Aequitas Law Partners is expanding their Investment Funds, Asset Management & Regulatory Practice team. Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) PQE for Associate (1-2 Years) and Senior Associate (3-4 Years)
(iv) Strictly request applicants only within experience in Investment Funds & Asset Management practices
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
