About the Job :
Anoma Legal is hiring Associates for its Fintech Regulatory team in Bangalore, offering exposure to evolving financial regulations and transactional work.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Exposure to debt transactions or related practice areas
(iv) Experienced advocates with prior litigation exposure
(v) Experience or strong interest in fintech regulations (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI frameworks)
(vi) 1–4 years PQE
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and lease deeds
(ii) Drafting pleadings, appeals, and written submissions for matters before the Supreme Court and High Court
(iii) Maintain and organize legal documentation and records
(iv) Assist in preparing legal notices and replies
(v) Coordinate with internal teams for legal documentation
(vi) Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal opinions.
(vii) Background in Banking & Finance / Fintech preferred
