Athena Legal is looking for a lawyer with 1–3 years PQE to join their Corporate & Commercial practice.
Eligibility :
(i) Exposure to IP and media contracts will be an added advantage
(ii) Experience in general corporate advisory and commercial agreements
(iii) Strong drafting and analytical skills
Responsibilities :
(i) Candidate will worked on wide range of transactions, commercial agreements and advisory matters for diverse clients.
