BeIN Compliance is hiring for the role of Junior Associate/ Trainee Associate (Compliance) at their Indore office. Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Prior internships or exposure to compliance/legal work will be an added advantage.
(v) Ability to assist in court matters; independent handling of matters will be an added advantage
(vi) candidates with a law degree and a basic understanding of corporate and regulatory laws.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
