About the Job :
Applications are invited for the position of Litigation Advocate. The role involves working on high-value redevelopment and real estate disputes, with appearances before the Bombay High Court.
Eligibility :
(i) Minimum 2 years of experience in High Court appearances and counsel briefings
(ii) Prior court exposure and drafting experience
(iii) Strong analytical and legal research skills
(iv) Excellent command over English
(v) Understanding of real estate documents and laws
Responsibility :
(i) Legal research and case analysis
(ii) Drafting pleadings (complaints, suits, writs, applications, replies, etc.)
(iii) Assisting and appearing before courts/tribunals
(iv) Case briefing, file management, and procedural compliance
