We are currently hiring for a Principal Associate – M&A & Private Equity role with a leading Tier 1 Law Firm. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to work on high-value domestic and cross-border transactions.
Eligibility :
✔ Experience at Principal Associate level in M&A & Private Equity
✔ Currently working with a Tier 1 law firm
✔ Strong exposure to domestic & cross-border transactions
✔ Excellent drafting, negotiation & client advisory skills
Responsibility :
(i) Lead and manage M&A & Private Equity transactions
(ii) Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents
(iii) Advise clients on complex corporate deals
(iv) Handle end-to-end deal execution
