About the Job :
Core Sync is looking to onboard a dynamic Associate (1–2 years PQE) to join our practice with exposure to both general corporate and litigation .
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Minimum 1 year of experience
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Knowledge of property law and documentation
(vi) Experience in legal due diligence and drafting
Responsibility :
(i) Scrutinize legal reports and documents
(ii) Conduct due diligence of property documents
(iii) Draft and review commercial contracts (NDAs, service agreements, etc.)
(iv) Support on corporate advisory, due diligence, and day-to-day client queries
(v) Conduct legal research and manage litigation matters across forums
(vi) Draft and review agreements, affidavits, indemnity bonds, etc.
(vii) Maintain MIS and legal records
