About the Job :
Applications are invited for the position of Legal Associate (Trademark / Intellectual Property Rights) for a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Willingness to learn and grow in Tech Disputes, and Tech Advisory team.
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) 2–3 years PQE in trademark prosecution
(vi) Strong knowledge of substantive and procedural trademark laws
(vii) Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
(viii) Proficiency in written and spoken English
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct trademark searches and prepare filing reports
(ii) Handle trademark filing and prosecution work
(iii) Attend show cause hearings
(iv) Draft and file oppositions, counterstatements, and affidavits
(v) Prepare written submissions for opposition hearings
(vi) Manage client portfolios and client communication
