DSNR Legal Advocates & Solicitors is expanding its team and is looking for legal professionals to join us. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Associate – Insolvency & Commercial Practice
Associate – Arbitration, Civil & Commercial Litigation
We are looking for candidates with strong legal acumen, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to independently handle matters and client interactions.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Associate – Insolvency & Commercial Practice: Experience: 2–4 years.
(iii) Associate – Arbitration, Civil & Commercial Litigation: Experience: 4–6 years.
(iv) A strong sense of ownership and responsibility in every matter assigned.
(v) Good understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(vi) Attention to detail in drafting, research, preparation, and court-related work.
(vii) Dedication to regular reading, case-law analysis, and continuous learning.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
