About the Job :
The chamber is hiring Associates with litigation experience and is also accepting applications from fresh law graduates and law students for internship and trainee opportunities. Selected candidates will gain exposure to active litigation practice, court proceedings, legal drafting, research work, and public interest initiatives.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Strong foundation in legal research and drafting
(iv) Experienced advocates with prior litigation exposure
(v) Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(vi) Have a strong inclination towards litigation, research, and public interest advocacy
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and lease deeds
(ii) Drafting pleadings, appeals, and written submissions for matters before the Supreme Court and High Court
(iii) Maintain and organize legal documentation and records
(iv) Assist in preparing legal notices and replies
(v) Coordinate with internal teams for legal documentation
(vi) Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal opinions.
(vii) Maintain client relationships and provide regular case updates.
