About the Job :
Lex Bharti Chambers is hiring a Junior Associate to join its litigation team in New Delhi. The role is suited for candidates with prior litigation experience who are capable of handling assigned matters independently and contributing to the firm’s litigation practice.
Eligibility :
(i) Experience appearing before District Courts and High Courts.
(ii) Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.
(iii) Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
(iv) Strong drafting and legal research capabilities
(v) Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
(vi) Strong drafting, legal research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
(vii) Ability to independently manage litigation matters while working collaboratively with the team.
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Independently handle litigation matters from drafting to final arguments.
