About the Job :
Maruti Dealers is hiring for the position of Legal Associate.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Must be enrolled with the Bar Council
(iii) Strong drafting and communication skills
(iv) Basic understanding of court procedures
(v) Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
(vi) 2–4 years of experience in legal practice or corporate legal work preferred
(vii) Strong personality with the ability to handle legal cases independently
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting writ petitions, civil appeals, and other legal pleadings
(ii) Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal notices
(iii) Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and case progress
(iv) Managing compliance and ensuring adherence to legal regulations
(v) Conducting legal research and assisting in case preparation
(vi) Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal notices
(vii) Representing the company in court proceedings
