About the Job :
MCO Legals is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate to work with its Civil & Commercial Litigation and Arbitration Team. MCO Legals (Meharia and Company) is hiring two Legal Associates with 1–3 years of experience for its Civil & Commercial Litigation and Arbitration practice.
Eligibility :
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong research orientation
• Experience in drafting pleadings and legal documents
• Prior experience with court appearances
Responsibility :
• Work on civil, commercial, and contractual disputes
• Handle property and partition matters
• Work on arbitration matters
• Handle litigation and proceedings before NCLT and NCLAT
• Draft suits, written statements, petitions, writs, arbitration pleadings, and other legal documents
