Responsibility :
(i) Corporate Transactions & Commercial Drafting
(ii) Shareholder Agreements & Investor Agreements
(iii) Employment Agreements & HR Advisory
(iv) Media & Entertainment Transactions
(v) Legal Notices & Demand Notices
(vi) Assisting with legal research and drafting
