About the Job :
Mireon Law is inviting applications from lawyers with at least 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in General Corporate, Transaction Advisory / M&A, Banking & Finance, Real Estate. The positions are suited for lawyers looking to take on greater responsibility, work closely on transactions, engage directly with clients and gain exposure to diverse areas of corporate and commercial law.
Eligibility :

Responsibility :
• Hands-on involvement in corporate transactions and advisory matters
• Working on General Corporate Advisory and M&A assignments

• Exposure to international and cross-border matters
