About the Job :
Neeti Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate, offering hands-on exposure to both litigation and advisory work alongside senior professionals.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Strong research and writing skills
(iv) Eagerness to learn and take initiative
(v) Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Handling cheque bounce cases (Section 138 NI Act) and civil recovery suits
(iii) Supporting matters before the High Court and other courts
(iv) Draft pleadings, legal opinions, notices, and other legal documents
(v) Preparing case briefs and documentation
(vi) Contract drafting, review, and compliance support
(vii) Assisting with legal research and drafting
