About the Job :
North Eye Advisors is hiring for its legal & transaction advisory team and is looking for a legal executive. The work includes legal research, property documentation, title searches, due diligence and mortgage-related legal work.
Eligibility :
(i) Applicants must hold an LLB, LLM or equivalent qualification.
(ii) Applicants should have 0–2 years of relevant experience in real estate, mortgage, lending or related non-litigation legal work.
(iii) Applicants should have strong research and analytical skills.
(iv) Good communication and client management skills are required.
(v) Candidates should be detail-oriented and have a problem-solving approach.
(vi) Applicants should be able to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
(vii) An eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment is expected.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct title searches and title search report vetting.
(ii) Review and verify property documents.
(iii) Assist with legal due diligence and compliance.
(iv) Draft and review mortgage documentation.
(v) Coordinate with internal teams and clients.
(vi) Maintain data, records and documentation processes.
(vii) Support legal advisory work for lending and mortgage transactions.
(viii) Ensure adherence to turnaround times and handle escalations.
