We are excited to announce a new opportunity at Pansari Legal Solutions LLP, Ahmedabad! We are looking for a dedicated Advocate to join our growing legal team.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) 0–2 years (including fresh graduates)
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(v) Ability to assist in court matters; independent handling of matters will be an added advantage
(vi) Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
(vii) Languages Required: English, Gujarati, Hindi
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
